The next Activity Challenge for Apple Watch wearers will occur this Friday, June 21st. The day of International Day of Yoga. Where once again, you can earn a special limited edition virtual award and special stickers.
To earn the achievement award, you will need to complete a yoga workout of at least 15 minutes or more. Simply set in the workout via Apple Watch or using an app that adds Yoga workouts to the Health app. Many yoga apps on the App Store will do this providing it supports the Health app and you give it permission.
On June 21, celebrate the International Day of Yoga by earning this award with a yoga workout of 15 minutes or more. Record your time with any app that adds yoga workouts to Health. – Apple
Once complete you will be able to see your Yoga Day Challenge achievement within the Activity app on your iPhone. A range of stickers will also be unlocked which can be used in Messages and FaceTime.
Yoga and hiking were two new dedicated workout types Apple added to the Apple Watch with Apple Watch Series 4.
Apple has held a number of Activity challenges in the past with the most recent being held on this year’s Earth Day. Apple Watch can be purchased from Apple’s online store with free fast, delivery and 14-day returns.
