The time you have to return a purchase made from Apple’s online store for Christmas has been increased until early 2018.
Christmas Returns
Apple has confirmed any eligible product which has been purchased between November 15th, 2017 and December 25th, 2017 can be returned for free right up until January 8th, 2018.
If you need to return something, send it back for free, or drop it off at any Apple Store. For eligible products purchased between November 15, 2017 and December 25, 2017, you have until January 8, 2018 to initiate a return. Simply sign in to your account or call us at 133-622.
The extended Christmas free returns policy includes any Apple and third-party branded products and accessories.
Products recently announced by Apple including the Apple Watch Series 3, iPhone X, iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, Apple TV 4K and more can be returned with this policy now in effect. This is an increase from the 14-day returns Apple usually do offer.
