Apple Australia have announced via their Online Store a number of delivery and pickup options for those who are doing their last-minute Christmas shopping, plus extended returns for the Christmas period allowing you to easily return a purchase if necessary.
Christmas Delivery & Pickup
This year, for the first time, you can choose to have your purchases from the Apple Online Store either delivered to your door or to be picked up from any Apple Retail Stores with their new Personal Pickup service, which was announced only a few weeks ago.
Order in-stock items two hours before closing on 24/12, for pick-up at any Apple Store.
Delivery – Make a purchase over $250 and Apple will offer next-day delivery to most metro areas if ordered by 2pm AEST – and standard delivery on everything else
Pickup – Choose to pickup your items from an Apple Retail Store of your choice, and if the item is in-stock you will have up to two hours before closing on Christmas Eve to collect your items. You can even arrange for someone else to pickup your purchases for you with the option to organise this at checkout, as well as the option to choose which Retail Store you’d like to pickup from.
Almost every product is available for Pickup, simply select Check Availability while making a purchase.
Apple are promising ‘effortless returns’ during the Christmas period by allowing purchases made from November 1st to December 25th to be returned right up until January 8, 2016.
For eligible products purchased between November 1, 2015 and December 25, 2015, you have until January 8, 2016 to initiate a return.
Simply shop from the Apple Online Store, if you need to return an item after Christmas simply sign into your account or contact Apple at 133-622. If you’ve made a purchase after December 25th you will have the usual 14-day returns Apple offers on all purchases.
