Apple has updated its returns policy for the all-important Christmas shopping. By extending the typical 14-day return window to January 8th, 2021. A policy change that appears to have happened a little earlier this year, an indication online shopping may be busier this year.
According to the policy, all purchases at the Apple Online Store can be returned free until January 8th, 2023. It applies to items received between November 4th and December 25th, 2022. Though Christmas returns are still subject to terms and conditions, for example, they must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. Nonetheless, it makes shopping Apple products this Christmas a little less worrying.
Items purchased at the Apple Online Store that are received between 4 November 2022 and 25 December 2022 may be returned up to 8 January 2023.
