Discovering a workout is easy, with the option to choose a workout, trainer, time, equipment available, and more. There is even the option to choose music to fit the workout or mood – which can be streamed on Apple Music, Apple’s music streaming service.

While working out, health data from the Apple Watch, such as heart rate are displayed on the screen. This information may vary depending on the stage of the workout. For example, when the trainer says to check heart rate those numbers will animate on the screen. And those who like to push themselves can turn on an optional Burn Bar. Burn Bar shows how their current effort stacks up against anyone who has done the same workout previously.
