Apple has begun selling Catalyst Waterproof Cases for AirPods within Australia for the first time. Which protect and secures your AirPods so you can take them anywhere. And at just A$49.95.
The new Catalyst Waterproof Case has been specifically created for AirPods. Wireless earphones designed by Apple that have gone on to be one of the most popular products from Apple. It is also the first time Apple has sold an accessory for them.
While AirPods charge and can be carried with inside their own case, the Catalyst Waterproof Case offers increased protection and features. These include:
- IP67 waterproof to 3.3 feet (1 meter)
- Military standard 810G for drops and shocks
- Keeps out water, snow, dust, and debris
- Aluminium carabiner with stainless steel wire clasp
In terms of material, it is made from soft and durable silicone. While a premium lightweight carabiner allows you to attach them to your bag or belt – particularly perfect for those who are using AirPods on the go.

In Australia, the Catalyst Waterproof Case for AirPods is priced at an RRP of A$49.95. And can be purchased exclusively from Apple including, Apple’s online store. There are three colours to choose from including Black, White, and Glow In The Dark.
