Since announcing Apple Watch last September Apple have been quiet on pricing and an Australian release date; until now.
CEO Tim Cook announced Apple Watch will be released in Australia on April 24th at Official Apple Retail Stores and the Apple Online Store with pre-orders starting April 10th.
You’ll be able to purchase Apple Watch as well as bands in a number of styles and colours.
As I’ve covered in my Apple Watch Buyers Guide, Apple Watch will be available in a number of different models. All will come in 38mm or 42mm sizes with a number of choices from the Apple Watch featuring a stainless steel in Silver and Space Black to the Apple Watch Sport, a aluminium design in silver or dark grey and finally the Apple Watch Edition, a model which is made from 18-carat gold.

Apple Watch pricing varies depending on which Apple Watch collection and band you choose. The RRP are as follows:

- 42mm: $879 – $1,629
Apple Watch Edition:
- 38mm: $14,000 – $24,000
- 42mm: $17,000 – $21,000
Apple Watch will be available from April 24th with Australia on the list of countries to first get the Watch.
Pre-ordering will be available on April 10th from the Apple Online Store.
