Eligible students and teachers in Australia can save on a new Mac Studio or Studio Display. Apple has confirmed that both products are eligible for its Educational Pricing offer with special pricing of up to A$610 off.
The Mac Studio and Studio Display were both announced earlier in March. They bring incredible performance, capabilities, and more in a new compact desktop Mac. Both products are aimed at professionals but come with a price to match.
Regular Pricing
In Australia, the Mac Studio range starts at a Recommended Retail Price of A$3,099, with an M1 Max chip. Mac Studio models with an M1 Ultra chip starts at a Recommended Retail Price of A$6,099.
The 27-inch Studio Display is priced from a Recommended Retail Price of A$2,499.
Student and Teacher Pricing
However, eligible students and teachers are able to save on a new Mac Studio or Studio Display. Apple has included both products in its Educational Pricing Offer. And the savings are quite substantial.
The entry-level Mac Studio will cost students and teachers A$2,789, a price that is A$310 cheaper. That’s for an ‘Apple Mac Studio with M1 Max chip, 10-core CPU, 512GB SSD’. Savings get even better for the ‘Apple Mac Studio with M1 Ultra chip, 20-core CPU, 1TB SSD’, with a massive A$610 in savings offered.
Savings are also applied to the 27-inch Studio Display. Usually priced at A$2,499, it is available for A$2,339, a saving of A$160.
