Apple products purchased from Apple Online can now be returned until January 2022, with extended Christmas Returns now in force. An extension of the usual 14-day returns window for the Christmas shopping period.
According to Apple, the extended Christmas returns policy applies to all items purchased at Apple online, received between November 1st and December 25th, 2021. Products purchased can still be returned after December 25th, but only up until 14-days after purchase.
Items purchased at the Apple Online Store received between 1 November 2021 and 25 December 2021 may be returned until 8 January 2022.

Making A Return
Initiating a return is very simple once the product has been delivered and invoice to you. Simply follow the following steps:
- Go to online Self Service on Apple online
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- View the order details of the order containing the item(s) you would like to return
- Select the “Return items” link.
