Several products which were unveiled during Apple’s ‘Spring Loaded’ event is now available to order. The all-new iMac with a 24-inch display, iPad Pro, and the Apple TV 4K. All of which are due to start shipping around Australia from the second half of May 2021.
New iMac
Featuring a stunning design in a spectrum of vibrant colours, the breakthrough M1 chip, and a brilliant 4.5K Retina display, the new iMac is much more compact and fits easily in even more places, transforming any space into anything users need it to be.
iMac configurations in green, pink, blue, and silver will be available to purchase directly at Apple online and Apple Store locations. All seven colours will be available for purchase at Apple online.
Pricing starts at a recommended retail price (RRP) of A$1,899 for an entry-level model or A$2,499 for a high-end model. Pricing does vary depending on the model and configuration.
Students, teachers, and others eligible for Apple’s Educational Pricing can save up to A$150 off the recommended retail price. While still being eligible for free delivery and 14-day returns.
M1 iPad Pro
The new M1-powered iPad Pro delivers a massive leap in performance, making iPad Pro the fastest device of its kind. Pricing starts at a recommended retail price (RRP) of A$1,199 for an 11-inch model. 12.9-inch models start from a recommended retail price (RRP) of A$1,649. Pricing does vary depending on the model and configuration and whether it has Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi + Cellular connectivity.
Apple TV 4K
The next generation of Apple TV 4K, featuring an all-new Siri Remote, innovative colour balance technology, and high frame rate HDR, delivers the best entertainment experience at home and connects customers to their favourite content with the highest quality.
Pricing starts at a recommended retail price (RRP) of A$249 with 32GB storage. While one with 64GB storage is priced at an RRP of A$279.
Buying
All new products are available in several configurations and therefore, pricing does vary. The new 24-inch iMac is available in three standard configurations, for example. While iPad Pro is available in a range of storage sizes in Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi + Cellular.
Purchases made at Apple will include fast, free delivery and 14-day returns. However, there is the option to select in-store pickup.
