Apple has officially extended their returns period for the all-important Christmas shopping period. A policy that is now in place with all new orders made on their online store through until December 25th 2018.
This year Apple will be accepting returns, free, right up until January 8th, 2019. On all eligible purchases made from Apple’s online store between November 14th and December 25th 2018. Including on iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, HomePod, and much more.
Apple’s Christmas returns policy, which in my opinion is quite generous, is helpful while making purchases for Christmas gifts. But is also a great way to trial an Apple product for a decent length of time. Particularly useful for some of Apple’s main products but, third-party accessories that are also available from their online store.
Making A Return
Initiating a return is very simple once the product has been delivered and invoice to you. Simply follow the following steps:
- Go to online Self Service on Apple online
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- View the order details of the order containing the item(s) you would like to return
- Select the “Return items” link.
