This morning Apple has expanded their Apple Care+ program for all Mac computers, to Australia. This is after offering it to the iPhone and iPad range for a number of years.

Apple Care+ for Mac, which also includes all MacBooks, extends the warranty to three years. But in addition, includes two cases of accidental damage, from cracked screens to external damage, and so on.
Accidental damage does incur a fee on top of the price of Apple Care+, however, ends up being much cheaper without. For example, should you crack the screen of your Mac, you will pay just A$149.
