This year Apple Music is giving all Australians the ability to vote for the winner of the coveted Song of the Year at this year’s ARIA Awards by simply listening to our favourite song on Apple Music. In addition, Apple is also highlighting music from the nominees with songs, albums, and curated playlists.
With the ARIA Awards taking place on November 28th, 2017 I thought I would summarise how you can vote and discover music with Apple Music.
Voting
To make your song of the year vote count all you need to do is listen to any nominated song from the Apple Music Song Of The Year playlist for more than 30 seconds on Apple Music until November 21st.

- Dean Lewis for ‘Waves’
- Guy Sebastian for ‘Set In Stone’

There are a number of rules though from requiring to be an Australian Apple Music member, a listen needing to be more than 30 seconds, and only one listen per day counts. You must listen to the song from the playlist with remixes, songs from Apple Music radio, and other curated playlists excluded.
Discover Music
