Apple, along Smiling Mind, will be running a guided meditation event at Apple’s Bondi Store in Sydney. The event is aimed at introducing kids to meditation and mindfulness with the help of Poppy and Branch from the Trolls movie.
Smiling Mind, a not-for-profit organisation have created a new five-minute guided meditation from their Smiling Mind app. This new meditation is voiced by Cloud Guy, a popular character from the movie Trolls. Smiling Mind have created the initiative partnership with 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment and DreamWorks Animation.
Introduce your kids to meditation and mindfulness with the help of Poppy and Branch from the Trolls movie.
Trolls personalities Poppy and Branch will also be there to meet the kids. The event will take place during the school holidays on Thursday, April 20th, 2017 at 10:30 am. While the event is free, you do need to reserve a spot on Apple’s website. You also do not need to bring anything with you – iPad and headphones will be provided.
