Apple has made browsing for HomeKit-enabled Home Automation accessories on their online store easier. They have also released a new video highlighting how you can control your home with the Home app build into iOS 10 on iPhone and iPad.
All products that support HomeKit, Apple’s Home Automation technology are now listed with an “Apple HomeKit” label. This indicates the product can be easily set up and controlled securely from the Home app built into iOS 10. All products have also been tested by Apple and use encryption to ensure the wireless connection is secure.
