Apple Showcases Creative Work from Apple Devices & Launches Special Workshops

Apple have kicked off 2016 by showcasing a collection of creative work created from an Apple device, inspiring you to Start Something New. The gallery includes a variety of work from landscape photography (by an Australian photographer – Emma Phillips), various drawings from iPads, to videos and more from iPhone and the Mac.

All work in the gallery include a profile of each artist, exploring how they go about creating their work, which Apple device they used, and any apps or accessories which help them. One particular piece that caught my eye was photograph shot by Emma here in Australia. Emma explains that she explored the Australian desert until she comes across this ‘striking view.’

Emma was able to capture this landscape shot from her iPhone 6s with the Olloclip Active Lens accessory, and using an app called Darkroom to help her edit her shot with a customised filter.

A special event will be held at the Sydney Apple Retail Store on January 21st, 2016 at 6:30pm where you can join Emma. There she will be discussing how she captures amazing photos from the iPhone 6s. The event is free all you need to do is reserve your spot from the Apple Website.
