With Apple officially unveiling the all new iPhone today the all important question is when can you buy one and how. Thankfully Apple has announced this year you will be able to pre order the new iPhone without needing to line up at a Apple Retail Store (however you can still do so).
When & Where?
iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus can be pre-ordered on September 12th from the Apple Online Store with reports it will be available from 5pm. Additionally you can also pre-order with carriers:
Apple will ship your iPhone 6 for delivery on the release date of September 19th, you will also have the option to reserve a iPhone 6 at a Apple Retail Store.
iPhone 6 will go on sale at Apple Retail Stores from 8am September 19th, do expect big lines.
Models & Prices
Both the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are almost the same, the only differences are:
- iPhone 6: 4.7-inch display, iPhone 6 Plus: 5.5-inch
- iPhone 6: Image Stabilisation, iPhone 6 Plus: Optical Image Stabilisation
The two models are all available in 16 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB storage (previously 64 GB was the max), and in 3 colours including Silver, Gold and Space Grey.
